Description
The table of contents is a good place for users to get to where they want to go in a big document. It can also help with organizing a document to make jumping to different spots for returning viewers easy and fast. The current Table of Contents does not do this, however, by grouping all the headlines into the same area. Splitting up the headlines by what weight they are, headline 2 under headline 1, multiple headline 3's grouped under a single headline 2, etc. Will help make jumping to different sections easy and straight forward, see attached mockup that helps illustrate the issue with the current system, and my suggestion to help fix the issue.
