a Ticket System that u can control what Discord Roles a User Needs to have Access to it or make some sort of Role System for Faxstore so u can give users Access to View / Reply to Support Tickets for a Store Item or General Support but not have access to the /staff section of the store if this makes any sense
basically a Ticket System with a select user access
