Description
Add some more API requests, so we can integrate it better into other scripts.
Maybe a /api/createciv, /api/deleteciv and api/editciv.
And some documentation about the API like what the legacy CAD had.

By FAXES | Better documentation is defiantly something we plan to add to the docs very soon. Much of our docs are being reworked currently.
