Description
Expected behaviour:
BOLO info page appears and all items can be filled out
Current behaviour:
BOLO sibwondow opens, but only the top most part (I will get a screenshot later today) it has just enough room to have the close button visible but nothing else
Steps to reproduce:
Open the BOLO window
